Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall expire for this contract for the delivery of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have started the execution of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that we start the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and he has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent he loses his right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract.
