Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (name of the company, address, telephone number, and email address)
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal
before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive
standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive
notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed
otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
End of the Withdrawal Policy
- Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium,
for which the consumer is obliged to pay a price, if the consumer:

- has expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed their knowledge that by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
-
the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable period after conclusion of the contract
and no later than the time the digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is made available, on a durable medium:

- in which the content of the contract is reproduced, and
-
which states that the consumer expressly agreed before performance of the contract began that the trader may start performance before the expiry
of the withdrawal period and confirmed their knowledge that by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.
